PROJECT GOAL

Five outcomes to achieve lasting impact

Each objective stands on its own and reinforces the others, from physical infrastructure at NASRDA, through training and the CSIS itself, to the regional conference and the knowledge platform.

01

EO Training Lab at NASRDA

A 50-seat ML/AI lab with GPU server, solar backup, networking and an open-source software stack.

02

Training Programme

Eight-week train-the-trainer programme for up to 50 participants covering GIS, AI, crop monitoring, weather and IoT.

03

Operational CSIS

A multi-tiered Climate Smart Information System co-developed with NASRDA, reaching farmers across every literacy level.

04

Regional Conference

A feasibility study and convening in 2028, bringing together stakeholders from across the region.
